Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to, you can cancel your booking by signing into your ClassFit account on my website or via the ClassFit app. You can cancel a booking for an in person or live online class at any time but will only receive a credit to your account if you cancel more than 12 hours before the start time of the class. Refunds will be made the way you paid i.e. if you booked using a credit, you will receive a credit on your account, and if you paid for a class with your bank card (drop in), then you will receive a refund back to the card linked to your account.
Subscription & Class Pass Terms & Conditions
Subscriptions
All of my subscription options renew automatically every 30 days. Payment will be taken automatically from the card linked to your ClassFit account once per month (from the date you first purchased the membership). You can cancel your subscription at any time and, if you cancel part way through your billing cycle, you will continue to be able to use your subscription until the end of that cycle. (For example, if your subscription is due to renew on 30th March and you cancel your subscription on the 15th March you will be able to access the classes related to that subscription until 29th March.)
Five Class Passes
Purchasing a Five Class Pass entitles you to five in person yoga classes with Chloe Tully Yoga at a discounted rate (compared to Pay as You Go pricing). On completion of the purchase your account will be awarded five credits which allow you to book into five classes.
Pass Validity
All Five Class Passes are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Should you be unable to book into five classes within the six week period due to classes being fully booked, please contact Chloe Tully to request that your pass expiry date be extended. To be eligible for this extension, you will need to have been on the waiting list for the full class(es) in question.
